  • Dedicated Leadership – A senior project lead from our core team will be specifically assigned to oversee your project, ensuring proper strategy, design consistency, and development quality.
  • Project Manager Assigned – A dedicated Project Manager will work directly with you, ensuring all communications and tasks are handled smoothly, even if I am unavailable or on leave.

Working Hours & Communication

Working Hours

  • Business Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST (covering a wide range to match US time zones).
  • Weekend Day Off: Sunday (weekly holiday).

Communication & Updates

  • Zoom Calls & Google Meet – Available during business hours for scheduled discussions, presentations, or updates.
  • Quick Chat: We are available on WhatsApp, Slack, Google Chat etc.
  • Quick Updates & Real-Time Work – For minimal work requests, updates are provided within the same business day.
  • Time Estimates – For larger tasks, we will provide a clear estimated completion time before proceeding.

Project Management System

We ensure transparency and smooth collaboration by managing all projects via ClickUp.

You will be added to our ClickUp Workspace, where you can:

  • Assign new tasks or updates
  • Track project milestones and deadlines
  • Monitor progress with real-time updates
  • View time tracking for full transparency

Support & Maintenance Policy

Our relationship doesn’t end after the project launch. We are committed to keeping your website running smoothly.

1. Response Time

  • Urgent Issues (Critical Bugs, Downtime): Response within 4–6 hours during business hours.
  • Standard Requests (Minor Fixes, Updates): Response within 24 hours.

2. Bug Fixes & Error Handling

  • All bugs or errors found post-delivery (within the agreed warranty period) will be fixed at no additional cost.
  • After the warranty period, fixes are included in the monthly maintenance plan or billed per hour.

3. Revisions Policy

  • During Development: Unlimited revisions on the agreed scope until approval of the final draft.
  • Post-Launch: Minor revisions are included under maintenance; major changes or new features will be scoped and estimated separately.

4. Maintenance Plan

  • A monthly retainer plan is available to handle all website updates, security checks, and optimizations.
  • Regular updates include:
    • Performance Optimization & Speed Checks
    • Security Monitoring
    • Plugin & Theme Updates
    • Backup Management

5. Service Retainer

  • If enrolled, the retainer ensures priority support and faster turnaround times for any new task or update.
